Frequency45 Privacy

Founding beta · Last updated November 6, 2026

Frequency45 is made by Portal45 Productions (Aaron and Tara Alston, Clarksville, Tennessee). This page explains, in plain words, what we keep, who helps us run the app, and what you control.

The short version

What we store

Your email and password (the password is scrambled, so we can't see it), your settings and chosen framework, your Talk conversations, Quick Logs, imports, and the memory records the app builds from them. We also keep usage and safety records, like how many readings you used, what each reading cost us, and login attempts, so we can keep the app fair and secure.

Who helps us run Frequency45

Who can see your data

Only the two of us run Frequency45. We can technically reach the database to keep the app working. We don't read your conversations unless you ask us to help with something, or the law requires it.

Safety check

The app's own code scans messages for signs that someone may be in danger, so it can show crisis contacts right away. No person watches your messages, and the app can't contact anyone for you. If you're in danger, call or text 988, Veterans press 1 or text 838255, or call 911.

Your controls

In Account / Privacy you can download all your data, delete single conversations or Quick Logs, and permanently delete your account.

Backups

We keep locked-down backups so we can recover from problems. Backups are kept for 14 days, then removed. Something you delete can stay in a backup until that backup expires.

Beta details

This is a free founding beta with up to 30 members, and joining needs an invite code. You must be 18 or older. Features may change, and the app may sometimes be slow or unavailable. If you're locked out, we reset your password by email request.
