Frequency45 Beta Terms
Founding beta · Last updated November 6, 2026
These are the terms for the free founding beta of Frequency45, made by Portal45 Productions (Aaron and Tara Alston, Clarksville, Tennessee). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What Frequency45 is, and what it is not
Frequency45 is an AI companion and journal for spiritual reflection. It helps you log numbers, signs, and moments, and offers symbolic readings based on your own records and chosen framework. Readings are for reflection. You decide what they mean for your life.
Frequency45 is not medical, mental health, or therapy care. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, not a crisis or emergency service, and not a way to predict the future or verify supernatural events.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, don't rely on Frequency45. In the US, call or text 988. Veterans can call 988 and press 1, or text 838255. In an emergency, call 911.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share accounts or make extra ones to get more readings.
- Joining the beta needs an invite code, and seats are limited.
The beta is free
We don't charge anything during the founding beta. Paid plans are not open yet. Before they open, we'll publish full Terms with prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules, and tell you in the app first. Nothing moves to a paid plan without you choosing it.
AI-generated readings
Readings are written by AI. AI can be wrong, misread your records, or mix up details, so don't treat a reading as fact. Some readings check the public web, and we don't control what those sites say. Don't use readings in place of a doctor, counselor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
Your content
Your logs, messages, imports, and framework belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run Frequency45 for you. We never sell your data. See Privacy for details. The app, its reading style, the brand, and the code belong to Portal45 Productions.
Fair use
Please don't break the law, harass anyone, try to hack or overload the app, use bots, resell access, or upload content you don't have the right to share. We may pause or close an account that does. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first and let you export your data.
The beta can change
This is a beta run by a small independent team. Features may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Free readings can pause if the monthly free budget runs out. We may update these terms, and we'll post important changes in the app.
Limits
Frequency45 is provided "as is," to the extent the law allows. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on readings. Tennessee law applies. If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can fix it together.
